On December 13, 2023, Director-General of the Department of International Organizations and Conferences of the Foreign Ministry Shen Bo met with United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights Volker Türk in Geneva. The two sides had an in-depth exchange of views on cooperation between China and the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights and related international and regional hotspot issues, among others.
